Main tasks

– Developing relations between French communities and Hebron

– Alternative tourism with local guides trained by us and licensed by the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.

About us

As tangible and intangible heritage is a component of identity, it must be included in learning about a people’s history, and must be protected and preserved for future generations. Raising awareness therefore seems to me to be essential. In this capacity, the association and Anwar Abu Eisheh took part in the campaign to have the Old City of Hebron listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site.

– Assistant to the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Association for Euro-Arab Cooperation – APCEA (1976-1986)
– Administrative manager at Ernst & Young Paris, general delegate of APCEA (1989-1993) Paris
– Media librarian at the Institut Français de Jérusalem- antenne Chateaubriand (2001-2017)
– Founding member and executive director of the Hebron-France Cultural Exchange Association (1997-present).

Current projects

Help for the population of Hebron (psychological support, activities for women and children), cultural exchanges, heritage awareness.
